Boot Camp Overview

What is it?
The Fitness Camp located in Houston, Texas is designed for both women and men that includes fitness instruction, nutritional guidance, and team motivation. Each camp is one hour in length.

How are we different?
While your physical training will be performed in a team environment, you will receive fitness guidance, and nutritional education to help you reach your individual goals. Additionally, all classes are led by certified fitness professionals. Each coach is committed to your success. Our program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours. We provide you with a supportive fitness community and offer educational opportunities that you can't find through any other program. 

What if I am not physically fit?
NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women and men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team. Each week, training will increase slightly in intensity.

Where is it?
Nothing But Results Camp currently offers its programs in Houston, Texas. We are currently offering several classes in the surrounding Houston areas. Houston Spotts Park - Heights location. Houston- Hermann Park in the Medical Center and Ray Miller Park located in West Houston.

How often will we meet?
Depending on the plan you chose, Boot Camp Training is offered Monday - Thursday, and Saturday for one hour during the six-week program. We also offer two days per week programs if you cannot meet three days per week. All participants will be expected to arrive on time!

Why should I participate?
Along with achieving dramatic physical improvements, you will also meet great women and men who share the same passion for attaining a healthy body and mind.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each six-week camp has a registration of $310. That's 18 hours of instruction for $17.22 per hour and our 2-day program is $210. Where else can you get premiere, cutting edge fitness and nutritional instruction for this incredible price? We are now accepting registration for our next camp. Once we receive your registration information, we will contact you to schedule your pre-camp consultation. This consultation will be administered by a Nothing But Results Camp coach.

Space is limited!

Guest Day is for your family and friends who want to give boot camp a try. Please inquire about which days you can bring someone to visit with us. Cost is $20 per guest.

Massage Therapy and Spa Treatment

Who will perform the massage?
At NBR Fitness and Spa, your massage will be given by a Texas State licensed professional. Currently, the Texas licensing program is a 500 hour course, so you can be assured that your therapist is well-trained. All of our staff therapists have at least two years of professional experience beyond the basic licensing course. Our therapists perform fifteen to twenty massages every week, and are adept at many modalities.

What will the room be like?
Our rooms are cozy, warm, and comforting. We strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for clients by using fresh, high-quality sheets, heated blankets in the winter, soft lighting, and relaxing music.

Do I have to take off my clothes?
Our most frequently asked question! No, you will undress to your level of comfort. Massage is an entirely personal experience and there is no wrong way to receive one. Many clients choose to undress entirely, some choose to leave on their underclothing, and some leave on most or all of their clothing. Whatever you choose, the massage therapist will act in a professional manner, and will provide you with a relaxing experience, no matter what your level of dress.

If I do undress entirely, will my private areas ever be exposed?
This is a frequent concern. Many clients choose to undress simply because they don’t want anything binding on them during their massage, but at no time will your private areas (breasts, genital areas) ever be exposed. Our staffs are professional massage therapists are all well-trained in draping techniques.

What procedure will the therapist follow?
You will begin your first appointment at NBR Fitness and Spa by filling out a health intake form. You might want to come in about ten minutes early to allow plenty of time for this. After it is complete, you will be introduced to your therapist who will lead you back to your massage room. He or she will ask you questions pertinent to the session after reviewing your intake form.

The therapist will then instruct you how to position yourself on the massage table, and will leave the room for you to undress to your comfort level. Upon the therapist's return, music will be adjusted to your liking, and the session will begin.

Although they are all well-trained, they are not mind-readers, and since they want to provide you with the best service possible, it is in everyone’s best interest if you communicate honestly with them. A typical one-hour body massage covers the neck, back, arms, legs, face, upper chest and scalp. Some clients like to receive massage over their stomach area, some do not, so you will want to communicate your likes and dislikes with the therapist.

If you have any sensitive or ticklish areas that you want avoided, tell the therapist...you will both be happy that you did. You can talk during your session, or remain quiet...again, there is no wrong way to receive a massage. At the end of your session, the therapist will leave the room and allow you to dress.

You may relax on the table for a few minutes if you like. When you are ready, dress and return to the lobby area where you might want to enjoy a cold cup of water before making your payment to the receptionist.

Do I tip?
Tipping is entirely at the discretion of the client. Many clients do tip, and the average is 15-20%.
