Here’s why I decided to become a Personal Trainer:
For five years, I suffered from being overweight, which resulted in low self-esteem and zero drive. I did not realize how overweight I was until I viewed my best friend's wedding photos (attached photo below). As a matter of fact, I never really thought of myself as overweight; however, these photos showed me exactly what others saw. These same photos are largely the reason that I became a Personal Trainer. I wanted to do something about my appearance and help others at the same time.
Initially, my goal was to lose 50 pounds and wear an average dress size. After struggling to accomplish this goal, I decided losing the weight was not enough. Losing the weight was great, but I wanted to do something extreme, like competing in a bodybuilding show. I hired a personal trainer and a nutritionist to help me achieve my goal faster. This goal challenged me both mentally and physically. By far, this was the most challenging task I have ever experienced in my life.
Persistence, however, helped me to achieve my goal of being healthy and fit. At times you may feel it is impossible to reach your goal, but trust me—it can be done. My fitness boot camps will help you reach your goals while having FUN.
As your Personal Trainer, my job is to ensure your health, safety, motivation, and wellbeing. It is simply not worth cutting corners when you are talking about one of the most important and precious possessions in your world—you! Having said that, it is my pleasure and responsibility to guide you towards a path of better health and physical fitness.
